You can take a tube sock and fill is 1/2 way or less with long grain rice and tie or sew the end up. then place it in microwave for 2 min then apply to the area. It re leaves the pain like magic. I have also used herbs in the bath. Like Valerian, pau d'arco, and lavender. You can boil them in water and add liquid to bath. I have tried so many things.
